Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing and Spoiler Windshield on a Sportster

I’ts getting cold around here, so I decided to try one of the Memphis Shades Quick Release Batwing Fairings on my 2004 Sportster. First, I had to relocate the turn signals to the lower triple tree. After that it took me over an hour to mount the Batwing for the first time. The instructions said (reading them and trying to follow them was probably where I went wrong) to mount the clamps on the forks, then put the brackets on the Fairing, and finally to snap the brackets (with the Fairing attached) into the clamps on the forks.
