Shipping and Returns
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. This site does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We, our dealers and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
All items purchased from this site are available for local pickup at no charge you will be notified when order is processed and receive an order number to use when you pick up your merchandise. Don't just show up to pick an item up without the order confirmation as this can lead to duplicate orders and charges to your account.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Domestic Orders: We use UPS, FedEx and USPS at our discretion depending on size or weight of product. Very large items like motors and frames may have to delivered via freight company but arrangements will be made with you before order is processed if this is the case. Our standard shipping method for most items is UPS Ground you may select 3 Day Select for additional cost at check out. We do not provide overnight shipping for first time customers and is not an option on checkout. for established customers with confirmed address call if you need special delivery services.
International Orders: All international orders will be shipped via USPS confirmation of address and order will take place before order is processed if we are unable to confirm your idenity or address your order will be canceled.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 10 days of delivery for a refund less shipping cost and restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item.). All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 10 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
